Who we are

A home for Torah, tefillah and chesed

Congregation Beis Medrash Nadvorna is a shul in Bloomingburg, New York, in Sullivan County, just off Route 17 at Exit 116.

The shul was opened by the Nadvorna Rebbe, the first Jew to live in Bloomingburg, as Jewish families began moving to the town. From the first day it was meant to be more than a place to daven: there is always food for anyone who is hungry, and the mikvah is free and open to everyone. Read the Rebbe's story

Today it is the home of the Nadvorna kehillah in Bloomingburg, and a place to stop for anyone travelling on Route 17 — to daven, to learn, and to have something to eat.
